Who we are
Viktor & Alex Massage ("Massage in Dublin by Viktor & Alex"), 53 Middle Abbey St, Dublin 1, D01 K296, Ireland. Contact: +353 87 459 7362 (phone or WhatsApp).
What we collect and why
- Booking messages. When you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we receive your name, phone number and what you write. We use this only to arrange and manage your appointment.
- Website statistics. Our hosting provider (Netlify) records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you open, to run the site securely and count visits.
- Cookies for measurement and ads. Only if you click "Accept", we use Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies to see how many people visit, which pages they view, and whether a visit came from one of our ads and led to a booking click. If you click "Reject", these cookies are not used.
Legal basis
We handle booking messages to provide the service you ask for, and we use measurement and advertising cookies only with your consent. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of our home page.
Who else receives data
Netlify (website hosting), Google (Analytics and Ads, only with your consent) and WhatsApp/Meta (when you choose to message us). We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Booking conversations are kept while you are our client and deleted on request. Website statistics are kept for the periods set by Netlify and Google.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Just message or call us. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
